We constantly check our competitor's prices to make sure we continue to offer the best value-for-money service you can find. Our rates start from as little as £70 per hour during weekdays and we make sure that our prices remain transparent, so you know exactly how much you will be charged for our work.
On this page, you can find details of all our standard hourly rates and fixed price quotations. There are no hidden charges - the rates shown here are the rates you pay.

our hourly rates
All hourly rates, materials and quotations are subject to VAT at the current rate. Please note that a minimum of one hour will be charged for all work undertaken. Additional time will be charged in half hourly increments thereafter.

pre-winter heating check ups
Level 1 - £110
Boiler service and make any recommendations.
Level 2 - £180
Boiler service, visual inspections of complete heating system, top up any loss of pressure if necessary, add a corrosion inhibitor to the system and make any recommendations.
Level 3 - £400
Boiler service, visual inspections of complete heating system, power flush the heating system, top up any loss of pressure if necessary, add a corrosion inhibitor and make any recommendations. (Recommended for systems over 5 years old.)
gas certificates
£100. Between the hours of 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri and 8am and 12pm Sat.

fixed price quotations
Fixed price quotations are available on larger jobs and projects. Although usually free of charge, it may be necessary to charge for a quotation depending on the time of day and location of the survey. However, if this is the case, we will remove the cost of the quotation from our final invoice should we carry out the work.
Our quotations are comprehensive and include materials lists and pricing
Due to the fluctuations in material costs, all quotations are valid for 30 days after which time jobs may need to be re-quoted.
materials and payments
We always try to negotiate the best possible prices for the materials we use, so that we can pass the savings on to our customers. All materials will be charged to the client at 20% over our buy price.
Payments can be made by cash, credit or debit card to our engineer on completion of the job. All items supplied remain the property of Aquasan Limited until full payment is received.
